Roles and Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:

• Utilize SQL, BigQuery, and Google Cloud SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data.
• Create insightful data visualizations using Tableau and other data visualization tools.
• Apply machine learning techniques for predictive modeling and regression analysis.
• Write efficient code in Python and R, leveraging libraries such as scikit-learn and caret.

Digital Care and Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional digital customer service through chat support, SMS, and IVR systems.
• Assist customers with mobile application-related queries and issues.
• Monitor customer metrics, analyze customer experiences, and contribute to improving the customer journey.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Make data-driven decisions by interpreting complex datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, etc.)
• Proven experience in data analysis, machine learning, and programming (SQL, Python, R)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
