Summary: As a Contractor – Data Operations, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing data to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success. You will be part of the Legal Operations Team and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization. This role is perfect for a fresher who is passionate about learning and enjoys working with data, solving problems, and contributing to the success of a SaaS product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, IF functions, etc.) to combine and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Perform data manipulation, including sorting, filtering, cleaning, and organizing data for analysis and upload.
• Collaborate with the Legal, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure data accuracy and smooth workflows.
• Identify logical solutions to data-related problems, ensuring minimal errors and maximum efficiency.
• Contribute to various aspects of product implementation and support by handling data-driven tasks.
• Show enthusiasm for learning about SpotDraft’s SaaS product and actively contribute to its success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably with a focus on data, IT, or business).
• Proficiency in advanced Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, IF functions, etc.).
• Strong ability to manipulate, clean, and organize data for analysis.
• Logical thinking with attention to detail.
• Eagerness to work in a SaaS-based startup and learn about new products and tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
