Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months

Pay Range: $40-$45/h on DOE

Duties:

• Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract, cleanse, and analyze performance data related to servicing Pay products.
• Create regular performance reports to key stakeholders, highlighting trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data sources and ensure data accuracy.

Skills:

• Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and the iWork Suite (Pages, Numbers, Keynote).
• Experience working with contact centers is a plus.
