Data Analyst

This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.

As a Data Analyst in our Finance organization, you’ll play a pivotal role in highly strategic and visible projects. Your insights and contributions will directly influence business intelligence, operational efficiency, and leadership decision-making.

In this role, you will:

• Source, track, analyze, and model data to support business intelligence and operational initiatives.
• Provide actionable analytical insights to support business functions and strategic initiatives.
• Develop, enhance, and streamline reports for team members, ensuring timely and error-free delivery of regular reporting.
• Design and maintain tailored Tableau dashboards to empower business operators with actionable data visualizations.
• Produce reports that support payment risk management operations and leadership decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with the FP&A team, business partners, and finance leadership to provide critical financial and operational insights.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an analytical or quantitative field (e.g., science, mathematics, finance, or related disciplines).
• At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, with a proven ability to use data to measure performance and drive decision-making.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Python or Object Oriented programming.
• Strong, hands on SQL experience, preferably with Oracle or BigQuery, but other relational databases are OK.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate insights across teams.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Improve upon the data ingestion models, ETL jobs, and building data pipelines to ingest structured and Unstructured Data.
• Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability, and Trust.
