Your Role:

  • Analysis of project data using software such as Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
  • Quality assurance and quality control of project data.
  • Generating daily reports regarding project metrics, work completion, and cost.
  • Review and understanding of project contracts for the purposes of contactor billings data reconciliation.
  • Digital file organization of project documents.
  • Completion of client data inquiries as requested by project management.
  • Reading comprehension and application of federal policies to project data.
  • Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
  • Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
  • Additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior accounting or finance experience preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to understand and apply FEMA program policies and guidance.
  • Intuition and forward-thinking is a plus while working to accomplish goals.
  • Must be motivated and results-oriented.
  • Professional self-presentation and communication.
  • Extraordinary attention to minute detail.
