Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Scientist with approximately 3 years of experience to join our team at the head office in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience in data modeling and machine learning, and a passion for uncovering insights from data to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data models and algorithms to support various business functions, including operations, marketing, and revenue management.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business growth and improve guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Design and develop predictive models to forecast demand, optimize pricing, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct data validation and ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data science and incorporate them into the company's data strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
