As an early member of the Data Science team at Render, you’ll have a critical impact on our growth by shaping product strategy and guiding investment decisions through clear, actionable insights. While collaborating with teams across the organization, you will be the first to explore many areas in our data and unlock opportunities to drive innovation.
You will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing to guide, influence, and support product strategy with data insights.
- Analyze and interpret large, complex datasets to address diverse and challenging business problems using various analytical and statistical techniques.
- Explore and evaluate opportunities for product improvement.
- Develop and track success metrics for product initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights about our users such as how they work, how they discover features, and which obstacles they might run into on the platform.
- Contribute toward initiatives to enhance the reliability and accuracy of our data infrastructure and processes.
We're looking for someone who has:
- At least five years of experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches.
- A minimum of four years of experience leading data-driven projects from definition to execution, including metric definition, experiment design, aggregation of results from disparate data sources, and communication of actionable insights to stakeholders.
- A track record of high ownership and taking initiative.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration including effective communication with team members of varying skill sets and levels of experience.
- Proficiency in SQL with some experience in Python.
Salary and compensation
$170,000 - $200,000 per yearBenefits
